These fun sparkling fall mimosas will add a bit of pop, clink, and fizz to your fall festivities with just 3 basic ingredients.
A bit of Torani pumpkin pie syrup adds a twist of pumpkin spice taste. The zesty citrus flavors of orange juice help balance out the cocktail along with generous splashes of ice cold champagne.
The Cozy Flavors of Fall Spice sparkle and Fizz in these fun mimosa Drinks

Together these three basic ingredients help to make tasty chilled fall mimosas you can serve up in rounds at a fun brunch table this fall.
To make these festive spiced mimosa fall cocktails, you could make a quick fall spice simple syrup, like the one I use in this spiced apple moscow mule fall drink, or you could use store bought syrup.

I find the store bought syrup is a little easier when you’re throwing these together and entertaining for a crowd at brunch. It’s nice to just pick everything up, pour, and serve.
The other two components to the drink are the citrus and the chilled bubbly. I use Simply Orange juice and you can go with either chilled prosecco wine, ice cold champagne, or cava, which is sparkling wine from Spain.
If you decide to go with Spanish cava, Freixnet and Segura Viudas are two of my reliable budget-friendly favorites that never fail.
When To Serve These Bubbly Fall Mimosas

Either one of sparkling wines is perfectly suited, silky, and bubbly enough to put out these pumpkin fall mimosas for friends in just minutes.
You can serve these festive sparkling fall cocktails at the start of the fall season when pumpkin and apple picking are just starting to perk up, in September and October.
Since they have a lovely and cozy pumpkin spice taste, these could double as a simple Halloween mimosa drink as well.
The same pumpkin pie flavor profile also makes these fun to serve as Thanksgiving mimosas. Perfect for all you holiday hosts in need of super simple Thanksgiving cocktails for a crowd. Just pour, sip, and repeat in rounds.
Ingredients To Make Fall Mimosas

- Torani pumpkin pie syrup
- Orange juice
- Chilled champagne or prosecco
- Fresh lemon – optional for squeezing if you like a dryer / less sweet cocktail
How To Make Festive Fall Mimosas for Brunch

Optionally If You LIke A Less Sweet Fall Mimosa Cocktail…
If you like a slightly more dry / less sweet cocktail you can either:
- Add a squeeze of lemon to the orange juice and pumpkin pie spice. Stir, then top off with the sparkling champagne.
- Or reduce the amount of pumpkin pie spice to 1/4 oz instead of 1/2 oz. You can test out with the two amounts or the lemon and see which you like best.
- I find when I’m serving these with food, the dryer version of the cocktail (with just lemon added) works nicely and pairs well with a meal.
- When serving and drinking these on their own, the regular version of the cocktail holds its own and the spices and citrus come through more.
