The key is to use really good quality bottled juice.  This is a great shortcut for those of you who don’t want to drag the food processor out to make mango purée.  Fresh mango juice and high quality bottled mango juice have all the delicious concentrated tropical flavors of the mango fruit! It makes delicious mango mimosas in minutes.

To add a bit of sunny vibrance to these easy mango mimosas, we’ll take a hint from the classic mimosa recipe and add a splash of orange juice.  This wakes up the mango juice and gives it a hint of bright citrus flavor.

Mango juice and  orange juice pair together really well.  Mixing one with the other creates a delicious combination for topping off with nice cold champagne or prosecco.

easy brunch mango mimosas to serve at brunch
  • Chilled mango juice – I used RW Knudsen Pure Mango Juice. Mango Nectar such as Langers Mango Nectar works as well.
  • Chilled orange juice – I used Simply Orange bottled orange juice.  Fresh-squeezed orange juice using a citrus press works as well.
  • Chilled champagne or prosecco – use your favorite cold brut style dry sparkling wine for topping off the juices.
  • Fresh mango cubes or orange slices – for garnishing

How To Make This Sunny Mango Mimosa Recipe with 3 Ingredients

combine orange juice and mango juices in a champagne flute and top off with 2 ounces or so of chilled champagne or prosecco
Grab a champagne flute and splash in a little bit of cold orange juice.
Next splash in the chilled mango juice.
Top off the mixture of juices with very cold, nicely chilled sparkling wine such as your favorite dry champagne or your favorite cold bottle of prosecco.
Garnish with a fresh mango slice, a skewer of cubed ripe mangoes or, my favorite, a thin orange slice for vibrance.

You can use long traditional champagne flutes that have a slender base. Otherwise, as an alternative, you could also use casual stemless champagne flutes to serve up the perfect mimosa for your special occasion.

The Key To Delicious Mango Mimosas…

easy mango mimosa

The key to making these simple 3-ingredient mimosas is really good-tasting quality juice and keeping everything nice and cold.  As you might notice, we don’t add ice to mimosa cocktail recipes.

Champagne glasses are slender and long.  You typically won’t add ice to champagne flutes but rather fill them with already chilled libation.  The long slender shape of this glass is designed to preserve the fizzing bubbles that rush up through the center of the cocktail. Be sure that all ingredients have been nicely chilling in the fridge before serving.

Alternatively, if you need to keep the ingredients out for a mimosa bar, you’ll need to keep everything on ice. Use beverage ice buckets to keep everything nice and cold.

Stock one bucket with champagnes and stock the other bucket with the orange and mango juices. Lastly, set up smaller bowls with tongs and add fresh sliced fruit for garnishing as desired. This should help you keep everything tasting cold and delicious!
