- Fresh lemon juice – plus an extra lemon for slicing to garnish finished cocktail
- Simple syrup
- Green apple liqueur
- Your favorite vodka – plain
- Natural green food coloring
- Lime flavored sparkling water – I’m using lime La Croix
- Green sanding sugar – optional for rimming party cups, if desired

Tipsy Leprechaun Fizz | St. Patrick’s Day Vodka Drink
Ingredients
- ½ oz Lemon Juice - fresh squeezed
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ½ oz Green Apple Liqueur
- 1½ oz Vodka - your favorite brand
- 1 drop Natural Green Food Coloring
- Lime Sparkling Water - I used La Croix lime sparkling water
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, green apple liqueur, and vodka. Add in one drop of natural green food coloring to the same cocktail shaker.
- Cover and shake the mixture together thoroughly until all ingredients are completely combined and ice cold.
- Pour the green cocktail mix into a rocks glass and top off with the lime flavored sparkling water (such as La Croix).
- Stir your festive vodka drink gently with a long bar spoon to evenly disperse bubbles and fizz throughout the cocktail.
- Garnish with fresh lemon slices. Serve cold.
