- 1 oz Good Quality Vodka - such as Grey Goose or Chopin
- ½ oz Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz Peach Juice - Chilled. I used Simply Peach bottled peach juice.
- Prosecco or Champagne - Chilled – for topping off. Be sure to purchase dry, non-sweet Brut style champagne or sparkling wine such as Prosecco (or Cava).
- Fresh Peach - sliced, optional for garnish, as desired.
Instructions
- Start by grabbing a champagne flute. Â Using a jigger to measure, splash the vodka and peach schnapps into the bottom of the glass.
- Next, splash in the chilled peach juice. Â Top the peach juice off with ice cold champagne or prosecco. Â
- Using a long bar spoon, give the ingredients a gentle stir.
- Garnish with fresh sliced peach and a blushing rose petal, if desired. Â Serve very cold.
