Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pure Mango Juice - very chilled - such as Knudsen Just Mango or Langers Mango Nectar
  • ½ oz Orange Juice - very chilled - such as Simply Orange juice or fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 2 oz Champagne or Prosecco - very chilled - for topping off juices in the glass - your favorite brand of brut style dry sparkling white wine
  • 1 slices Fresh Mango or Orange - for garnishing - cubed skewered mango also works too

Instructions

  • Grab a champagne flute and splash in a little bit of cold orange juice.
  • Next, splash in the chilled mango juice.
  • Top off the mixture of juices with very cold, nicely chilled sparkling wine such as your favorite dry champagne or your favorite cold bottle of prosecco.
  • Garnish with a fresh mango slice, a skewer of cubed ripe mangoes or, my favorite, a thin orange slice for vibrance.  Serve very cold as no ice will be used.
