- 2 oz White Rum - such as Bacardi or Cruzan
- 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp Cream of Coconut
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz Peach Schnapps
- 2 wedges Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 splash Sparkling Water
Instructions
- Remove lid from the can of cream of coconut and gently stir the contents inside the can until completely combined.
- In a cocktail shaker drizzle in the cream of coconut and splash in white rum, pineapple juice, and peach schnapps.
