A few simple ingredients like a bit of Lawry’s seasoned salt along with dashes of Worcestershire sauce bump up the flavors.  Bits of diced red onion and garlic add fresh flavors that make this easy cheeseburger sliders recipe a super summer staple.

I’ll use a small circular ring form to make uniform little patties for the individual sliders. By the time they hit the grill and cook up, they become the perfect size hamburger sliders for delicious King’s Hawaiian rolls.

Make This Easy Grilled Cheeseburger Ground Beef Sliders Recipe

To make these easy ground beef sliders, transfer your ground beef to a medium bowl.  I use about a pack of 1.25 pound of ground beef from the meat section of my local grocery store.  This will usually yield about eight small patties for my ground beef sliders.

Season The Meat to Make a Flavorful Ground Beef Mixture For the Patties

Sprinkle the smoky paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and cracked pepper into the bowl with the ground beef.  Now drizzle in olive oil and Worcestershire sauce.  Add in the fresh small diced red onion, and fresh minced garlic.

For The Patties To Make The Ground Feef Sliders Recipe

Using your hand, gently combine all ingredients together.  Mix well until all ingredients are uniformly combined throughout the ground beef.

To form the patties for the ground beef sliders, use a 3-inch ring mold.  I find that this size mold makes the perfect size patty to fit our Hawaiian buns easily.

Use A Ring Form To Make Easy Uniform Sliders For Hawaiian Roll Buns

Using the 3-inch ring form, shape the seasoned ground beef mixture into patties.  Grab about the amount of ground beef you would use to form a slightly oversized meatball. Press the meat mixture into the mold.  The meat should be enough to fill the mold almost all the way or about three quarters of the way.  Press down gently with your fingers to evenly fill the mold all the way around creating an even patty shape.

Place each patty on a baking sheet or sheet pan lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap for easy handling and clean up later on.  Cover tray with plastic wrap or foil and place finished patties in the fridge (or overnight) if preparing in advance.

Grill Your Easy Cheeseburger Sliders

Spray your grill grate or grill pan with a little non-stick cooking spray.  I like to spray mine with a light coating of olive oil spray.  Now grill the ground beef sliders over medium-high heat on a pre-heated grill. Grill each for about 4 minutes on each side flipping once in between.

When cook time is up, transfer sliders to a serving platter. While still hot, immediately cover with your favorite slice of melty cheese.  Cover the grilled cheeseburger sliders with foil to keep warm while you finish up the rest.

Serve Ground Beef Sliders On Hawaiian Sweet Rolls and Top with Dill Pickles and Cheddar Cheese

To serve, slice open your Hawaiian rolls.  Smear the tops and bottoms with mayo, mustard, ketchup, or condiments as desired. Place a freshly grilled slider patty on the bottom bun of the roll.  Top the grilled ground beef sliders with crisp sliced dill pickle.  Cover with the top half of the rolls.

Garnish with a few more slices of dill pickle on top skewered on with a toothpick.  Serve hot.  If desired, warm the buns by placing on the grill grate and then assemble your dill pickle and cheese ground beef sliders.
