To create these affordable, cozy, and warm copper colored Christmas decorations for the dining room table, I simply started with three inexpensive flocked pine wreaths from Target.

These seasonal snowy wreaths from Target are among my top favorite Christmas decor items.  The wreaths aren’t too expensive (at about $15 dollars a piece) and have that elegant snowy look.  They make any spot feel like you’re bringing a touch of the magical snowy woods indoors.

Those of you who have seen my Winter Wonderland Christmas Tree Decor (in warm copper and gold) will notice where I took my inspiration for this dining table look.

This elegant Christmas table decor is inspired by (and matches) the lovely snowy winter wonderland tree decorations I did last holiday season.

Warm copper pinecone ornaments, brown pinecone ornaments, frosty white pinecones, and soft gold pinecones are used to enhance and accent the diy Christmas table decorations.

To create a beautiful but simple display, set three of the snowy flocked wreaths down the center of the holiday table and dot each Christmas wreath with just a few decorations.

Try adding little details like warm copper colored winter berry branches and frosty golden leaves to each snowy wreath.  Tuck them into just a few spots around each wreath to add touches of frosty sparkle and elegance in warm tones.  These cozy warm colors create such an inviting atmosphere for the entire table.

Include some natural materials like authentic pinecones that have been painted with snowy spots or dipped in brown glitter.  To add more decorations with natural elements, you could add pieces of dark willow branches, gold or bronze glittering winter branches, or even accent with juniper/evergreen branches.

Even bundles of orange and cinnamon sticks tied together or dried orange slices would continue to add color, texture, and matching warmth to these simple homemade diy Christmas table decorations.

To style simple and beautiful place settings, add warm colorful wine glasses or goblets in brown and amber tones.  Use a simple gift tag and tie it to a pinecone ornament for personalized place settings.  Each guest will have a little gift or favor that they can decorate their own tree with this season.

To keep things natural and neutral in the background, I used round rattan placemats and simple white dinner plates for each Christmas table setting.

Alternatively, you could tie simple white, copper, or gold linen napkins with the gift tag and pinecone ornament.

To finish, I simply added a few taper candles down the center. I added candles in a warm brown spice color to match the decor in the wreaths.

If you don’t have long taper candles, you could dot down the center of the table with tea lights. Add small tea lights in these amber votive candle holders or these burnt orange mercury glass votives.

You could also use a mix of long tall taper candles and low lying tea light votive candles.  Either one will add a warm ambient glow to the focal point we’ve created at the Christmas dinner table.

You can use any of these creative ideas and diy decorations at Christmas time to style a lovely, elegant, and pretty tablescape in minutes that will greet guests with a cozy snowy scene.
