Craft the Perfect S’mores Drink

The foundation of this dreamy creamy cocktail is vodka because it’s made up of a clean, neutral profile that allows the rich flavors of chocolate and vanilla to shine through without overpowering the palate.
Chocolate syrup adds a luscious depth and a velvety texture, evoking the melted chocolate in traditional s’mores.
I tend to keep it pretty simple with dashes of Hershey’s chocolate syrup, but Ghirardelli premium chocolate sauce is my other big favorite.
Pure Vanilla adds Richness, Complexity, and Enhances the Chocolate Flavor

Vanilla paste (or pure vanilla extract) enhances the drink’s aroma and sweetness, subtly complementing the chocolate and marshmallow elements.
If you happen to have vanilla vodka on hand, you can use that in place of the pure vanilla to add vanilla flavors.
Half-and-half cream is the luxurious element that brings smoothness and richness, adding a silky body and mouthfeel reminiscent of the marshmallow’s creamy softness.
All of these ingredients combined together in a cocktail shaker with ice, blends the flavors easily, resulting in a delicious irresistible frothy s’mores cocktail that’s decadent, chilled, and refreshing!
