Skewer 4 to 5 mini marshmallows onto your cocktail picks.Use a torch lighter to gently turn and brown the marshmallows to desired toastiness. Pay close attention and quickly blow out any flames that form on the surface to prevent scorching. Once browned, set aside.
Using a small flat plate, dip the rim of your rocks glass in a little bit of the chocolate syrup and then immediately after, dip into the crushed graham cracker crumbs.
Set your glass in the freezer to set while you mix the cocktail.
In a cocktail shaker splash in the vodka, vanilla, chocolate syrup, and half and half cream. Drop in a scoop of ice and cover your cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and well, long enough to combine the cream, chocolate, vanilla, and vodka.
Grab your prepared rocks glass from the freezer and open your cocktail shaker. Splash your chilled creamy s’mores drink into your rocks glass and top with the marshmallow skewers. Enjoy ice-cold.
