Pre-heat your grill and transfer your ground beef to a medium bowl.
Sprinkle the smoky paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and cracked pepper into the bowl with the ground beef. Now drizzle in olive oil and Worcestershire sauce. Add in the fresh small diced red onion, and fresh minced garlic.
Using your hand, gently combine all ingredients together. Mix well until all ingredients are uniformly combined throughout the ground beef.
To form the patties for the ground beef sliders, use a 3-inch ring mold. Using the ring form, shape the seasoned ground beef mixture into patties. Grab about the amount of ground beef you would use to form a slightly oversized meatball.
Lightly press the meat mixture into the mold. The meat should be enough to fill the mold almost all the way or about three quarters of the way. Press down gently with your fingers to evenly fill the mold all the way around creating an even patty shape. Adjust by adding more or less meat as needed.
Place each patty on a baking sheet or sheet pan lined with parchment paper or plastic wrap for easy handling and clean up later on. Cover tray with plastic wrap or foil and place finished patties in the fridge (or overnight) if preparing in advance.
Spray your grill grate or grill pan with a little non-stick cooking spray. Now grill the ground beef sliders over medium-high heat on a pre-heated grill. Grill each for about 4 minutes on each side flipping once in between. When cook time is up, transfer sliders to a serving platter. While still hot, immediately cover with your favorite slice of melty cheese. Cover the grilled cheeseburger sliders with foil to keep warm while you finish up the rest.
To serve, slice open your Hawaiian rolls. Smear the tops and bottoms with mayo, mustard, ketchup, or condiments as desired. Place a freshly grilled slider patty on the bottom bun of the roll.
Top the grilled ground beef sliders with crisp sliced dill pickle. Cover with the top half of the rolls and skewer with dill pickle slices on top.
