1/2cupPeach Chunks - fresh or frozen for topping sangria with fruit
1/3cupFresh Mint - fresh leaves torn and tossed in
⅛cupPeach Schnapps - or more as desired until fruity peachy flavor comes through in the taste
Instructions
In a pitcher, combine one bottle of dry white wine, simply peach juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, peach schnapps, and vodka. Tear a bundle of fresh mint leaves and toss in.
If using the splash of peach schnapps for a boost of extra peachy flavor, start with about 1/4 cup of peach schnapps and add more to taste as desired - balance out any extra sweetness with added lemon juice as needed.
Stir everything together to combine and top with half of peach chunks and half of the mango chunks. Reserve the rest of the fruit and add some of it to the individual serving glasses.
Fill serving glasses with ice and spoon a little more of the cubed fruit into each glass. Pour sangria over ice and fruit. Garnish with fresh mint. Serve chilled.
Store in refrigerator and consume within 2 to 3 days. Do not exceed 2 to 3 days for optimal flavor / freshness.
