Summer Passion Fruit Pineapple Rum Drink with Blue Curaçao

Ingredients
- 1½ oz Dark Rum - such as The Kraken Rum
- ¾ oz Blue Curaçao - such as Bols or DeKuyper blue curacao liqueur
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice - Dole 100% pure pineapple juice
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice - Ceres pure passion fruit juice
- ¼ oz Simple Syrup
- Sliced Lime Wheels - optional for garnish
- Maraschino Cherries - optional for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker about 3/4 of the way with fresh ice and splash in the dark rum and blue curaçao.
- Squeeze in the juice from a fresh wedge of lime and splash in the simple syrup.
- Next, splash in the passion fruit juice and pineapple juice.
- Cover and shake well until the cocktail is completely chilled through and pineapple juice has formed a frothy top inside the cocktail shaker.
- Pour into a tall glass and garnish with skewered lime slices and a cherry. Enjoy cold.
