5 to 6slicesFresh Lemon - thinly sliced and floated on top
6 to 8scoopsRainbow Sherbet - floated on top - or more as desired
Instructions
In a small to medium punch bowl, splash in the strawberry soda pop and the cranberry juice.
Top with the can of sparkling water – I used Waterloo Strawberry sparkling water
Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice from 2 wedges of fresh lemon and gently give a stir with a long spoon.
Drop thin slices of sliced strawberry, thin sliced orange, and thin sliced lemon slices over the top for garnish.
Float scoops of the rainbow sherbet on top of the punch for a finishing layer of color and flavor.
Serve cold in little punch cups over a few cubes of ice. Enjoy.
Notes
IF YOURE GOING TO DOUBLE OR TRIPLE THE RECIPE:
you don't have to double and triple the sherbet and sliced fruit garnishes.
The sherbet ice cream scoops and sliced fruit amounts that you float on top can stay relatively the same amount as they are a topping / garnish.
The main change will be with how you double the juices and pops you splash in to make the body of the punch which include: the strawberry pop, the cranberry juice, the sparkling water, and the fresh lemon juice.
