  • Swipe your rocks glass with a wedge of lemon or lime, and dip into pink sanding sugars.
  • Take one or two cocktail cherries plus one whole fresh strawberry (quartered) and drop into the bottom of your rocks glass.
  • Using a muddler, crush the fruit until colors and juices are released.
  • Drop in a scoop or two of fresh ice cubes. Splash in 1 to 2 tablespoons of the syrup juices from the jar of premium cocktail cherries. If you like your spritz sweeter, add more to taste.
  • Top off with chilled sparkling wine or chamapgne. Sprinkle in the cocktail glitters, if using, and very gently stir in.
  • Garnish with fresh slices of strawberries or sliced cherries and rose petals. Serve chilled.
