Pink Bikini Flirt-tini | Tropical Drink with Vodka
This Pink Bikini Flirt-Tini makes delicious and colorful tropical drinks with vodka. Shaken up over ice in a cocktail shaker and strained ice-cold, it makes up a tasty, flirty little summer vodka martini recipe that’s refreshing, fruity, and perfect for warm days.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- ½ oz Peach Schnapps
- 1½ oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 light drizzle Maraschino Cherry Syrup - the grenadine syrup from maraschino cherries jar
- 1 light splash Sparkling Water - such as Waterloo Tropical Fruit
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, use a jigger to measure and splash in the vodka, peach schnapps, and pineapple juice.
- Shake vigorously, really well, until chilled and combined.
- Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a martini glass.
- Using a bar spoon with the back pressed against the side of the glass, slowly drizzle down a bit of maraschino cherry/grenadine syrup. Do it slowly so that it flows down to the bottom of the glass creating a beautiful beachy sunset ombre color.
- Top with a light splash of the sparkling water, such as Waterloo Tropical Fruit.
- Garnish with cherries and pineapple chunks, or orange slices. Serve ice cold.
