Pre-heat your grill while you prepare the fish and rub your grill rack or pan with olive oil. Rub both sides of your fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle them on both sides with salt, pepper, and a litlte smoky paprika. Sprinkle with some fresh thyme leaves as well, if a vailable.
Drizzle your asparagus with olive oil and sprinkle with salt + pepper or dip them in a little Italian dressing for quick flavor.
Place your seasoned fish fillets and the asparagus on the grill. Grill on both sides for 4 to 5 minutes, flipping once in between. Continue to grill the asparagus turning on the grill rack as needed. They are cooked when slightly softened and char / grill marks form on the tips.
Serve tilapia fillets with the asparagus over a bed of steamed rice or short pasta a half a lemon for squeezing on top.
