Flirty Beach Babe Fizz | Easy Vodka Pineapple drink
A fruity and tropical summer vodka pineapple drink blends vodka, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, muddled strawberries, and pineapple juice for a refreshing and tropical melange of summery flavors in every sip.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Vodka - plain
- 1 oz Peach Schnapps
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1 fresh Strawberry - ripe
- 1 splash Pure Pineapple Juice - for topping off at end
- 1 splash Sparkling Water - for topping off at end
Instructions
- -In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle a fresh quartered strawberry (with the top removed) until crushed.
- -Splash in the 1 oz cranberry juice, 1 1/2 oz vodka, and 1 oz peach schnapps with the crushed strawberry.
- -Fill the shaker halfway with ice, cover and shake these 4 ingredients very well until chilled and combined.
- -Open cocktail shaker and use a cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into your glass over fresh ice, leaving the old ice and mashed berry bits behind in the shaker.
- -Top with a splash of pineapple juice and top with a finishing splash of La Croix Razz-Cranberry sparkling water (or Waterloo Tropical Fruit sparkling water).
- -Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries, maraschino cherries, and a pineapple leaf spear. You may also garnish with skewered cubes of fresh pineapple as well.
