Instructions

  • To prepare these festive green cocktails, grab a tall highball glass or collins glass and fill it halfway with fresh ice cubes.
  • Use a jigger to measure and splash in the 2 oz vodka, 1 oz peach schnapps liqueur, 1 oz orange juice, and the fresh juice from a wedge of lemon.
  • Add 1 drop of natural green food coloring to the glass and top off with 2 to 3 oz of Canada Dry ginger ale (or more as desired for topping off).
  • Use a long bar spoon to reach to the bottom of the glass and gently stir all contents together until the fresh lemon and ginger ale are chilled and combined with the spirits.
If desired, at this point, you can add a small spoonful of green cocktail glitters for sparkle and added dimension.
  • Garnish with fresh lemon slices and skewered cherries if desired.  Alternatively, you can garnish with orange slices or even pineapple wedges.
