Use a spatula to scoop the sour cream out into a medium bowl.
To the bowl with the sour cream, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, cumin, and sriracha sauce. Whisk or using the same spatula, stir everything together until combined and dip turns a pale peach color.
Transfer spicy sour cream dip to a serving bowl and serve with corn chips, potato chips, baby carrots, or sliced bell peppers for dipping.
