Blue Flurry Christmas Drink with Blue Curacao
Just add ice, shake, and pour this chilly little libation for a festive blue winter Christmas cocktail that captures the chilly holiday spirit in every frothy sip.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon - Such as Four Roses Bourbon
- ¾ oz Blue Curaçao - use the liqueur not the syrup
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice - such as Dole 100% pure pineapple juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Blue Sanding Sugars - optional for decor
- Edible Gold Dust - or gold cocktail glitter - optional
Instructions
- Grab a stemless wine cup or a rocks glass and swipe the rim of the glass with a wedge of fresh lemon.
- Spread the blue sanding sugars out on a flat plate and dip the rim of the glass to coat. Set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with fresh ice cubes and splash in the bourbon and blue curaçao liqueur.
- Next, splash in the fresh squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup.
- Lastly, splash in the pineapple fruit juice. Cover the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until completely combined, chilled, and a light froth has begun to form from the pineapple juice.
- Uncover the cocktail shaker and splash contents into your prepared cocktail glass with the blue sugar rim.
- Top off the mixture with a few more fresh ice cubes, and, if available, dust with with a bit of edible gold cocktail glitter on top. Enjoy ice cold.
