Bubbly Prosecco Float Recipe with Rainbow Sherbet

Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Prosecco - chilled - brut dry non-sweet prosecco or brut champagne
  • ¼ oz Elderflower Liqueur - such as St. Elder or St. Germain
  • 1 scoop Rainbow Sherbet - 1 oz scoops, slightly softened - one to two scoops, as desired

Instructions
 

  • Grab a cocktail glass with a wide opening such as a coupe champagne glass or wine glass and in a scoop of the rainbow sherbet.
  • Drizzle the rainbow sherbet with the elderflower liqueur.
  • Top the rainbow sherbet and liqueur with prosecco sparkling wine to fill the rest of the way. Serve immediately, serve very cold.
