Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Good Quality Vodka - such as Grey Goose or Chopin
  • ½ oz Peach Schnapps
  • 2 oz Peach Juice - Chilled. I used Simply Peach bottled peach juice.
  • Prosecco or Champagne - Chilled - for topping off. Be sure to purchase dry, non-sweet Brut style champagne or sparkling wine such as Prosecco (or Cava).
  • Fresh Peach - sliced, optional for garnish, as desired.

Instructions
 

  • Start by grabbing a champagne flute.  Using a jigger to measure, splash the vodka and peach schnapps into the bottom of the glass.
  • Next, splash in the chilled peach juice.  Top the peach juice off with ice cold champagne or prosecco.  
  • Using a long bar spoon, give the ingredients a gentle stir.
  • Garnish with fresh sliced peach and a blushing rose petal, if desired.  Serve very cold.
