Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Red Heirloom Tomato - diced
  • 1 White Dragon Fruit - cubed
  • 1 ripe Mango - cubed
  • ½ cup Red Onion - small diced
  • ¼ to ½ tsp Lime Juice - fresh squeezed
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro - minced
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add the cubed dragonfruit and cubed mango fruit to the same bowl. Now toss in the diced fresh tomato along with the chopped red onion.
  • To this mixture add two tablespoons of fresh minced cilantro and season with coarse salt.
  • Lastly, add in the fresh squeezed lime juice. Gently toss together with a spoon to evently coat all the ingredients with hints of zesty lime and salt.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve as an appetizer or spoon over your favorite fish, chicken, or quesadillas as a delicious fresh salsa topping.
