SERVINGS 1

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Silver Tequila - your favorite brand
  • 1/2 oz Grand Marnier - I used the raspberry peach flavor
  • 2 oz Mango Juice or Pineapple Juice
  • 1 wedge Fresh Lime - for squeezing in
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Dry Sparkling White Wine - such as Champagne or Prosecco

Instructions

  • Fill your cocktail shaker with ice about 3/4 of the way. Splash in silver tequila, Grand Marnier (or orange liqueur such as Cointreau).
  • Add mango juice or pineapple juice. Squeeze in the juice from a lime wedge. Add in simple syrup. Cover the shaker and shake vigorously until all ingredients are combined and icy cold.
  • Strain into a martini glass and float with sparkling wine, Prosecco, or Champagne for a luxe and fizzy finish. Garnish with a lime wedge, fruit, or flower. Serve cold.

Notes

Quick tip: prepare / batch out this cocktail in a pitcher in advance, keep chilled, pour into cocktail glasses and then top each one off with sparkling wine/champagne when ready to serve...
