Sparkling Apple Fizz

A simple and refreshing mason jar cocktail made with apple, brandy or bourbon, and fresh lemon.

Equipment

tall glass or mason jar glass, spoon, ice cube stray (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Brandy or Boubon - your favorite brand
  • 1/2 oz Orange Liqueur - your favorite brand I used Grand Marnier
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice - fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 4 oz Apple Juice
  • Sparkling Water - to top off (I used a lemon flavored one)

Instructions
 

  • In a tall glass, drop in some ice cubes and splash in brandy, orange liqueur, simple syrup, lemon juice, and apple juice.
  • Stir everything togethr with a spoon until chilled through and combined. Top off with sparkling water or lemon soda. Garnish with fresh lemons or apples.

Notes

Use brandy or bourbon in this recipe.  Adjust the simple syrup or sweetness to your liking. Add more for a sweeter cocktail or less for a more dry finish.
