Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Ripe Yellow Peach - sweet and ripe, pit removed and cut into large chunks
  • 3 leaves Raw curly or tuscan kale leaves - hard center stem removed
  • 2 tbsp Honey - or more, sweeten to your taste
  • 1 small wedge Lime - for squeezing in
  • 1 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Take 3 large kale leaves and remove the tough stem part from the center of the leaves. Tear the leaves into pieces and toss into the blender.
  • Squeeze in the juice from the lime wedge and combine peach chunks, honey, water and ice. Blend until combined and smooth. Serve in your favorite tall glass and drink at breakfast or as a refreshing mid-day snack.
