An easy summer pineapple tequila drink with fresh rosemary flavor and a special fizzing ingredient that makes it refreshing and delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 oz Rosemary Lemon simple syrup - recipe follows
  • 1/2 oz Lemon juice - fresh squeezed
  • 4 chunks Pineapple
  • 1.5 oz Good Quality Silver Tequila - I used Altos Tequila
  • 1 can Your favorite summer wheat ale (plain, not flavored) - I used Goose Island 312 Urban Wheat ale

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing glass muddle pinapple chunks
  • Add silver tequila, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice
  • Stir over ice until all is combined and chilled through, about 1 minute
  • Pour into a fresh glass and top with fresh ice
  • Top off with wheat ale
  • Garnish with a pineapple rosemary skewer
