Ingredients

  • oz Good Quality Vodka - I'm using Ketel One vodka
  • 2 oz Smooth Black Coffee - Brewed at regular strength and cooled or your favorite bottled unsweetened black cold brewed coffee
  • ½ oz Pure Maple Syrup
  • ½ oz Chambord - raspberry liqueur

Instructions

  • To make the vodka coffee cocktail, fill a cocktail shaker with ice and splash in the coffee and maple syrup.
  • Next, add good quality plain vodka to the cocktail shaker.
  • Lastly, splash in a bit of Chambord black raspberry liqueur and cover.  Shake vigorously until cocktail is chilled through and mixture has begun to take a frothy consistency forming a light brown foam.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice cubes, but, if desired,  you can also strain into a chilled cocktail glass such as a coupe or martini glass.
  • Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon (and a few coffee beans, if desired) and enjoy right away!
