Ingredients

  • 2 oz Apple Cider or Pressed Apple Juice
  • 1.5 oz Good Quality Blanco Tequila
  • 1/4 Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • Lime Wedge - for squeezing in the juices
  • Sparkling Water - such as La Croix - for topping off
  • 1 tsp each Sugar + Cinnamon - for rimming cocktail glass
  • 8 to 10 Raspberries For Cocktail Ice - Optional
  • 1 or 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
  • Fresh Apple Slices or Pomegranate Seeds - for garnish

Instructions

For The Raspberry Cocktail Ice - Optional:

  • If making the cocktail ice, drop a raspberry (or cranberry/pomegranate seeds) into each one of the molds in your ice tray then fill with water and freeze until solid.

For The Cocktail:

  • Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and spread in an even layer onto a small plate. Rub the rim of your cocktail glass with lime and dip into the cinnamon sugar. Set aside.
  • Add a few cubes of our colorful red cocktail ice to your rimmed glass and splash in the silver tequila, the Grand Marnier and the simple syrup.
  • Splash in the apple cider or pressed apple juice and squeeze in the juice from a fresh lime wedge. Stir together with a bar spoon until chilled and combined.
  • Top off with the sparkling soda water and give it one more gentle stir with the bar spoon. Garnish with thin apple slices, cranberries, or pomegranate seeds and a sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately, nice and chilled.
