Easy Purple Watermelon Popsicle Recipe For Summer | Homemade Popsicles

This easy watermelon popsicle recipe is the tastiest way to stay chill all summer! Fresh juicy watermelon and sweet summer blueberries blend up with yogurt and honey to make a fresh cooling treat.

Popsicle molds, blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Fresh Sweet Watermelon
  • 3/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 2 heaping tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until combined.
  • Pour mixture into small popsicle molds and add wooden popsicle sticks for handles (or add your popsicle mold handles/covers back on) and freeze for 4 to 8 hours or until thoroughly frozen through. Unmold, and enjoy on a hot summer day.

Notes

[social_warfare buttons="Pinterest, Twitter, Facebook"]Makes 6 small popsicles.  Double the recipe to make a bigger batch. Mine took about 3 oz of liquid each before I had to stop pouring. I leave some space so they don’t overflow since the liquid will expand a bit as it freezes.
